How not to Starve yourself in Hong-Kong

In Hong Kong, no problem to find cheap Chinese restaurants and whose map is translated – more or less well – in English or with photos. But after our 7 days there – see the 7 days article in Hong Kong – here are some good places to eat in Hong Kong that we recommend:

Dim Sum Square – 88 Jervois St – Sheung Wan District

This is our favorite address in Hong Kong. This is cheap and then a rather varied choice with Dim Sum that I have not yet found elsewhere. My favorite Buns with meat that combines dough a little sweet brioche with a cooked meat in the center, the “Fried Glutinous Rice Balls with pork” understand by those balls of fried rice containing cooked pork and steamed ravioli shrimp, finally an address that we recommend. They also serve fried chicken pasta if you want a typical Chinese dish – they love it, we wonder why! You can also test for dessert the mango pudding, it’s not too bad. To get to Hong Kong, booking online is the best way to get your air tickets. read more
